The PIPDriver is designed for individuals with amputations through the middle or distal phalanx. This articulating, body-driven prosthesis restores finger length, replaces the DIP joint, and enhances dexterity—all while protecting sensitive residua. Each device is custom-crafted to precisely match the patient’s anatomy for natural, functional movement.

MCPDriver
The MCPDriver is built for individuals with amputations through the proximal phalanx. This body-driven, articulating device restores the middle and distal phalanges, allowing patients to regain fine dexterity and natural grip patterns. It excels in restoring pinch, key, cylindrical, and power grasps with enhanced grip stability. Each MCPDriver is custom-designed to precisely match the patient’s anatomy for optimal function and performance.

- Interchangeable suspension rings to allow the patient and prosthetists to find the ideal fit for the user.
- Shims that can be added or removed to fine-tune the fit as needed by the patient due to volume fluctuation or preference.

ThumbDriver
The ThumbDriver features a specialized anchor design that follows the patient’s natural CMC motion while providing a rigid structure to withstand the significant forces generated during opposition. Its adjustable preflex tip offers subtle articulation, distinguishing it from the MCPDriver.
Each ThumbDriver is custom-designed with millimeter-level precision to match the patient’s unique anatomy.
Designed to function in harmony with the fingers, the ThumbDriver restores the hand’s ability to perform a wide range of opposition grasps. By enabling IP joint flexion and tracking the thumb’s complex, multi-axial motion, it significantly enhances both function and dexterity.
