Jason Hayden is an ABC certified, and Tennessee state licensed prosthetist. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2007, and a post graduate Certificate in Prosthetics from Northwestern University in 2011. From 2008 - 2011 Jason worked as a technician and clinical assistant in clinics in California, and in Florida.
In 2012 Jason joined the team at The Surgical Clinic in Nashville for his residency, staying until the beginning of 2015. While in Nashville, he also worked with the charity Amputee Blade Runners. In 2015 he moved to Knoxville to head the team with Premier Surgical's Prosthetics Department as their Director of Prosthetics.
Jason is originally from the greater St. Louis area and enjoys hiking, running, and riding motocross. Most of all he loves spending time with his daughter, Morgan.
